Trail updates

We are grooming the last remaining trails left with snow on them through April 1st. At Sun Mountain, Thompson, Little Wolf, and Inside Passage are the only trails left with groomable/skiable snow. In the Rendezvous, Cub Creek is the only place to access trails and conditions improve after the first half mile. Cougar Bait and Cub Creek are getting thin and dirty, but still skiable. Gunn Ranch has large sections of dirt and isn’t recommended as an access point unless you want to undertake some sort of spring multi-sport adventure. Enjoy the final days on the winter trails!

For summer users the Mazama and Winthrop trails that have allowed non winter acces are roughly 50% snow covered and 50% snow free. Runners and walkers are now welcome. Still another week for other summer users to realistically get on the trails.

We need your help!

Please take our winter trail use survey! We conduct economic impact studies roughly every 10 years to help understand the role that trails play in the local economy. We'd love it if you could take a few minutes to share your experience with us. All user data is anonymous and you can enter to win a 3-day trail pass. Thank you! Please note, this is a different survey than the one we conducted last summer. Please take this survey even if you already took the summer use survey.
