A gentle yoga class for Sunflower participants to help you recover from your race

Join Motive Yoga for 75 minutes of pure maintenance and our goal is your recovery. No yoga experience necessary.

Our techniques are strategic: long-held stretches to create muscle pliability, ball rolling for soft tissue release, injury prevention through use of props, the wall, and floor, and down-regulation of the nervous system for maximum physical recovery.
